Meet the Founder
Meital is an Israeli–American performing artist and creator of HeaLightArt — a unique modality of healing through the arts where movement, sound, and energy become gateways to alignment and renewal.
A Master of Movement, certified Breathwork and Reiki practitioner, and musician, she is devoted to guiding embodied healing and conscious transformation. She is also the founder of Dance & Arts Camps for Kids, with over two decades of experience in performance and facilitation.
Her approach is inspired by Jewish wisdom and Kabbalistic teachings, alongside universal principles such as Yin & Yang, the chakra system, and somatic healing practices.
